Guideline for parents/students
1. Main gate will remain closed during assembly period and movement of parents is not allowed during that time.
2. Use of mobile phones and electronic items are strictly prohibited in the school premises on security ground.
3. Food court is for emergency use only and no food delivery to classes. Tiffin and water provided from home is good for student’s health.
4. Play, Nursery and K.G. students should always be accompanied by parents in the play ground/outside the school building in the school premises. Parents are not allowed to class room. Parents and students should not carry school bags, books, copies etc. to play ground. Visitor’s corner is for emergency waiting only.
5. Both father and mother should attend the parents meeting. 4 methods of communication with the school:
a) Diary b) Email (info@cygnusis.com) c) Visiting hours. d) Scheduled Parents meeting.
Further, Parents can meet with teachers after the class ends.
6. Students are not allowed to assault each other physically. No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school. Any child other than Cygnus students is not allowed to use playing equipments/playground. Parents are not allowed to rebuke or charge the students for any reason in school premises.
7. 100% attendance is imperative for the student’s progress and brilliant performance in the exams. In time reporting and picking up is essential as this practice helps the students to be disciplined and successful in life. For advance leave / incase of absence, please apply for leave approval and accordingly school will arrange the lesson (if any) for the absent period.
8. The language in this school is English. Office room is an exception.
9. All fees and dues shall be paid in advance by 15th of every month. Late fine of taka 300/- for each month is payable, if not paid within the above deadline. Examination fees payment deadline will be notified in due course and dues should be cleared to collect the admit card. Non-payment of fees for more than two months will result in striking off the name from his/her rolls. VAT on tuition fees to be paid at the rate determined by Govt.
All parents shall pay the fees/ charges to school’s account. Bank details:

10. In case, transfer certificate or any other certificate is required, please apply along with required processing fees payment slip during office hours and same will be issued on next working day.
11. Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during class hours without a written request from the parents. Avoid sending sick students to school. In case of serious injury/illness, students might be taken to nearby hospital by school staffs.
12. Parking of car/motor cycle/ rickshaw in the road in front of school is prohibited.
13. Pick up card is mandatory on security ground to pick up the student from school. Play group, Nursery, K.G. students can be dropped either at 1) Outside the main gate or 2) Main entrance and picked up at main entrance. Class 1 to Class 10 students will be dropped outside the main gate and picked up at the meeting point.

Notice: All the rules of the school is applicable for the person coming to school on behalf of the parents.
 Any change in class timing will be notified by SMS .
 The student should be picked up as soon as classes finish.
 The school’s management holds the right to implement changes to the fees, school timing and curriculum implemented from time to time as the circumstances may require.
